Privacy policy

Effective November 5, 2026. NDW Tech LLC, Mobile, Alabama.

What we collect

• Account: name, email, password hash (stored by Appwrite).
• Training data: lessons completed, time spent, assessment attempts and scores, certificates earned.
• Accessibility preferences: theme, text size, read-aloud settings, so they follow you across devices.
• Integrity signals during assessments: whether you left the page, pasted text, or answered unusually fast. These are shown to your employer as "review suggested" and never cause an automatic fail.

Site analytics

We count visits to this website with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service. It uses no cookies, stores no IP addresses and does not identify you or follow you across other sites. We see only totals, such as how many people visited a page and which country or device type they used. Plausible is not used in the mobile apps.

What your employer can see

If you joined through an employer invitation, the organization's owner and admins can see your name, email, course status, scores, time spent and certificates. They cannot see the text of your free-response answers.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use your answers to train AI models.
• We do not show ads.

Certificates

Each certificate has a public verification page showing your name, the course, the date and whether it is valid. No email address or score is shown there.

Deleting your account

Use Account to delete your account at any time, from the website or the apps. Your progress is deleted and your name is removed from issued certificates.
